Divisional Agency Vice President
The individual selected will directly manage four Regional Field Directors and be responsible for the supervision and management of career agents within the division to ensure attainment of sales objectives. This position offer a competitive salary and performance incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, non-contributory pension plan, 401(k), group life and disability. Candidates should have successful life sales management experience. Relocation to the New Haven, CT area is required.
Regional Field Director
Individual selected will be responsible for training generals agents in recruitment, selection, training, supervision and motivation of career agents. This position offers a competitive salary and performance incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, non-contributory pension plan, 401(k), group life and disability. Candidates should have successful life sales management experience, along with a willingness to travel. If a 'major' airport is accessible, relocation is not necessary.
